Proposed construction of a new single-storey flat-roof extension to the rear of the dwelling to provide a carport, home office, gym area, home theatre / golf simulator area, jacuzzi, sauna and changing room.6. Proposed internal amendments and amendments to all elevations. 7. All associated landscaping and site works.
