Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of: Planning Permission is sought: (a) to vary / remove Condition 6 of Reg. Ref. 04/457, Condition 3 of Reg. Ref. 11/1205 and Condition 3 from Reg. Ref. 17/271. Each of these conditions relate to the sterilisation of the family landholding. Retention permission is sought for: The relocation of the as-built wastewater treatment system and percolation area for the applicant’s parents’ dwelling from the locations originally permitted under Reg. Ref. 17/272 to new positions north of these permitted locations. The as-built wastewater treatment system and percolation area is approximatey 34m from its permitted location and the as-built percolation area is approximately 14m from its permitted location.
