The development also includes the provision of: • Demolition of existing boiler & plant room. • Provision for a new relocated boiler room and switch room. • Minor Alterations & Extension to existing woodwork room on ground floor for connection to the new extension. • External works including a new set down area and additional 12 No. new car parking spaces including accessible parking. • Provision for all landscaping, footpaths, boundary treatments and all ancillary site works. Revised by Significant further Information which consists of: • A reinforced landscape buffer along the Northern boundary incorporating mature tree planting and supplementary planting between the internal access road and the site boundary. • Obscure glazing to the lower sections of the first floor classroom windows facing Abbott Field. • The proposed SNU Play Area/Sensory Garden has been repositioned to maximise the separation distance from the Northern site boundary and adjoining Abbott Field dwellings. • Revised segregated pedestrian route linking Abbott Field to the residential areas and amenities to the east via the existing rugby club lands. • Realignment of internal roadway located to the north of the site and associated site modifications
