The development also includes provision of: Removal of existing Prefab replaced with new tarmacadem play area. Part removal of existing boundary and trees, replaced with new boundary treatment. Demolition of existing Changing rooms (48sq.m). New enclosed Sensory Garden and SEN Play area. 4 no. additional car parking spaces in existing car park. New Gas tank and secure fence enclosure. Construction of new changing rooms (87sq.m). All other associated landscaping, drainage, site services and ancillary work
