Pump House (approx 68sq,m GFA and 3.8m in height); The provision of 4 no. external bin enclosers (2 no. serving Unit A and 2 no. serving Unit B); The development of a 2 no. new vehicular access points from Lime Drive to the proposed service yard associated and the proposed car park associated with the proposed Unit A; The development of 1 no. pedestrian crossing on Lime Drive; The provision of a total of 98 no. car parking spaces across 2 no. car parks (51 no. spaces associated with Unit A and 47 no. spaces associated with Unit B); The provision of a total of 54no. cycle parking spaces across 2 no. cycle parking areas (30 no. spaces associated with Unit A and 24 no. spaces associated with Unit B); The development of a service yard with 11 no. trailer parking spaces accessed via Lime Drive' and all associated site development works on a site of approx., 3.49ha (referred to as 'Unit T4') bounded generally by Lime Drive

Permission was granted on 27 Nov 2025. Third parties may appeal within four weeks; after that the permission is final and works can start once a commencement notice is lodged.
