The alterations proposed relate to Blocks B and C of the granted residential development. The alterations include: (a) the provision of 13 no. additional apartment units as follows: 3 no. one-bed, 3 no. two-bed, and 2 no. three-bed apartment units at fourth floor level of Block B and 1 no. one-bed, 3 no. two-bed and 1 no. three-bed apartment units at fourth floor level of Block C. The proposed alterations result in an overall increase from 139 to 152 no. apartment units, within the approved building footprint with no proposed increase in the overall building height permitted under Ref.22/221502 (b) amendments to all elevations to accommodate extended fourth floor level, matching the arrangement in the previously approved elevations; and (c) all associated site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development including the provision of 80 no. additional bicycle parking spaces and 11 no. additional surface level car parking spaces. The overall site layout remains as per the parent permission including road layout and services.
