for removal of existing post and wire fence to the north east and north west of the permitted entrance to the new brewery (c. 50 linear metres each side) and its replacement with a new boundary treatment. The replacement boundary treatment will comprise a c. 2.5m high wall and railings boundary treatment comprising a c. 1m high wall with piers of c. 2.5m height at c. 3m gaps. The wall and piers will be finished with self-coloured render and will be topped with reconstituted stone capping. Proposed between the piers are painted mild steel railings with bow framing. And all associated works. The application relates to a site which comprises an activity requiring an industrial emissions licence
