for an equine bloodstock breeding facility consisting of: A) Demolishing existing equine stables, single storey staff accommodation and outbuildings on site, B) Construction of 2 new equine barns that will provide for 24 stable units in each, C) Construction of a single storey building that will facilitate staff canteen, offices, viewing area, toilet facilities and associated car parking areas, D) Construction of staff accommodation in the form of 2 no. single storey detached units connected with a shared covered terrace with associated car parking areas, E) Construction of a farm managers house in the form of a part 2 storey, part single storey dwelling with an integrated double garage, F) Construction of 2 no. single storey isolation stable blocks, G) Construction of a fillies barn, H) Construction of a horse walker and horse lunging ring, I) Construction of a machinery shed and an agricultural shed for hay storage with ancillary manure pit, J) Construction of a horse loading bay and wash bay area, K) Installation of waste water treatment systems to cater for all residential and equine buildings, including the installation of underground tanks, L) Upgrade to existing vehicular entrance, M) Installation of a new well , N) Construction of internal access roads, additional car parking (including EV spaces), landscaping, boundary treatments, lighting and all ancillary site works. A Natura impact statement will be submitted to the planning authority.
