Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of: Omission of the new access ramp, covered beer garden, perimeter screening, cylinder storage plant room, and boiler to the south, the additional shopfront to the secondary entrance and the first-floor 50m² residential extension. Amendments to the proposed function room roof, changing from a hipped roof to a sedum green flat roof. Reinstatement of the stone wall to the side (east) and rear (south) of the new extension. Introduction of a new standing seam zinc-clad finish to the new extension, along with amendments to the proposed fenestration. Proposed revisions to the car park and outdoor area have been omitted. Submission of an Architectural Heritage Impact Assessment (AHIA) report, a SUDS strategy, drawings and a report on the exact location and depth of the existing culvert, and a site plan indicating lands owned by the applicant and adjoining land ownership
