To create a new domestic entrance to create a shared domestic entrance with internal agricultural access to the rear. Installation of proprietary wastewater treatment system together with all associated site works, landscaping and ancillary site works and services. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of: • Removal of 12m of hedgerow. • Relocate the entrance approximately 25m to the west which will reduce the length of the driveway. • Reduced site boundaries/area. • 1.2m wide access gate, to the rear of the garage, from the proposed site onto the family farm as a pedestrian access only for practical purposes only when walking or working on the farm. • Domestic Garage reduced in size to a max floor area of 40m2 with a maximum ridge height of 5m
