The construction of a proposed part single-storey, part 2-storey family flat type extension to the south-eastern side of the existing two storey dwelling with a total floor area of 50.2m2 consisting of 46.9 m2 at ground floor level and 3.3 m2 at first floor level; 2. Modification to the existing dwelling to include: relevant external and internal alterations to the existing dwelling to facilitate the proposed extension works and new internal layout; and all associated site development works including connection to all existing services on site
