The development will also comprise: illuminated signage on the building facades; 4no. free-standing double-sided illuminated pylon sign; 3 no. flag poles with double-sided flags; revisions to existing site entrance, customer and staff car parking; bicycle parking; new and used vehicle display parking; vehicle storage area and service parking; electric vehicle charging points; associated lighting; hard and soft landscaping including the provision of boundary treatments, gates, fencing, walls and bollards; SUDs measures; associated site servicing (foul and surface water drainage and water supply); and all other site excavation and development works above and below ground.
