The building will be four storeys in height (c. 15.25m) and includes 2 no. 1 bedroom and 12 no. 2 bedroom apartments, providing a total of 14 units. Each apartment will have private amenity space provided by a terrace at ground floor or a balcony for apartments above ground floor level on the eastern and western elevations.
