Proposed development

development will consist of Building 1: the renovation of the existing red brick building (355sqms) and its change of use from office/administration to day care facility including education, training and work placement. Building 2: the construction of a three-storey building (2,635sqms) with warehouse incorporating a trade counter primarily sale of goods to trade (Unit A-500sqms) and a store/depot/office/car repair and tyre depot at ground floor (Unit B-435sqms) with two stores of offices on the upper floors (1,698sqms). The development also includes the car sales display area and use of an existing building for car sales office (22.4sqms). The use of an area as a " self storage yard" with self storage containers ( total area of 10 containers is circa. 138sqms). A manned car wash and valet area and the conversation of the existing building to staff room (25.2sqms) and a canopied structure for valet services. The proposed development includes the construction of an non-habitable, modular, display home within integrated sales office and a gross floor area of circa 80sqms. Construction of a bin store area; car parking; electric vehicle parking; new internal circulation roads and footpaths for cars and pedestrians; car parking and cycle parking; landscaping works both hard and soft; plaza space and crossing points; and a new boundary wall and railing along the roadside. Access to the development will utilise the newly constructed access road within the site. The development also include signage associated with the ground floor uses in Buildings 1 and 2. All associated works to complete the development including all necessary drainage works.
