Internal alterations consisting of converting a section of first floor plant room to multi-purpose lunchroom, omission of certain individual unit dividing walls and installation of a ground floor ancillary office space. E. Installation of a roof to the storage compound in the south-east corner of the site. F. Installation of new externally illuminated company signage to be fixed to the building. G. Installation of entrance sign.
