Revised boundary treatments, public lighting, footpaths, connection to public mains water supply and public sewerage, surface water drainage arrangements, together with all associated site development works and services. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with this application. Gross floor space of proposed works: 520.00 sqm
