The development consists of (1) Permission to replace an existing grassed play area and parking area to the rear of the school campus with the construction of a synthetic pitch consisting of a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), with 5 metre high ballstop netting, 2.4m high perimeter fencing. (2) Permission for redistribution and upgrading of 30 no. existing on campus car parking spaces, to a new delineated car parking area located to the east of the proposed MUGA pitch, (3) Permission for shared surface driveway, nature based on-site surface water drainage arrangements, together with all associated landscaping, footpaths, site works and services. (4) Retention permission is also sought for 2 no. metal security gates located along Sea Road, adjoining Protected Structures RPS No. 9101 (St. Ignatius' Church) and RPS No. 9120 (Jesuit School) respectively
