The development will consist of the construction, installation and commissioning of: • 35 no. Electric Vehicle (EV) charge stations (i.e. 70 no. charge ports) to serve a new electrical fleet of buses, • A single storey switch room extension to the maintenance garage building (c. 13.47sqm gross floor area), • 1 no. free standing single storey modular substation unit (c. 35.71sqm gross floor area), • 31 no. 6m high additional lighting columns within the existing bus parking area, • Minor revisions to layout to include for relocation of existing bike shelter and security hut, together with associated installation of cabling/charging equipment and associated site works and services. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority with this application
