Permission for development which consists of revisions to the apartment scheme previously permitted under Pl. Ref. No. 22/91 (An Bord Pleanala Ref. ABP-315598-23) on lands at Ballymoneen Road, Galway City The development will consist of: (1) The subdivision of previously permitted Apartment No. 14 (a 3 bedroomed 5 person apartment at second floor level) to provide for 2 no. 1 bedroomed (2 person) apartments. This will increase the overall amount of proposed apartments on site from 14 no. to 15 no. units. (2) Minor alterations to permitted apartment building to provide for a relocation of a smoke shaft.
