The proposed location for this event is Howth Harbour, Howth, Co Dublin. The intended date and timings will be as follows 1600 - 2100hrs on Tuesday 31st December2024. The anticipated number of audiences attending the event in ticketed areas will be 7,000 plus guests and staff. Provision will also be made for an additional 15,000 people outside of the ticketed area.
