Proposed development
The proposal comprises amendments to the apartment development as permitted under FCC Ref. FW21A/0244 / ABP-313792-22 and currently under construction. The proposed consists of/will consist of: Retention of ESB sub-station kiosk adjoining the entrance to the development, in lieu of substation building granted under extant permission. Extension of the residential open space where the permitted substation building was proposed. Associated landscape and boundary treatment works include new wall, revised railing design and planting.
