Proposed development
Construction of a first floor flat roof extension over existing clubhouse, to consist of a multi-use gym-fitness zone, board room, refreshment station, toilet and changing facilities. The first floor extension will also incorporate a spectators viewing balcony along the South elevation of the building and a fire escape stairs fixed to the East Elevation of the existing building. Construction of a two storey side extension to consist of a new ground floor entrance and stairs (to first floor access), a disability lift shaft and a toilet at first floor including a landing area with access to the first floor facilities. The new first floor structure will incorporate 3 No. Club Signage and Crests (10M x 1M) on the West, North and East Elevations of the building. General remodel and upgrade of the existing clubhouse to suit the new proposed layouts. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
