The proposed development consists of the following: -The construction of a single-storey extension to an existing light industrial/warehouse (Unit 253) with gross floor area of (GFA) 265 sqm. The proposed building will have a maximum height of c. 8.25 metres. -Relocation of an existing loading bay door from the side of Unit 253 to the front of the extension. -A new emergency exit to the side of the extension. -Footpaths to surround the proposed extension to connect to the main entrance of the Unit. -Removal of 15 parking spaces that currently occupy the area where the extension is proposed. As part of the removal, 2 existing spaces will be turned into 1 No. EV accessible parking space. -2 No. Existing spaces will have EV charging points added. -Provision of bicycle parking as required by the Fingal Development Plan. -Ancillary site excavation and development works above and below ground.
