Construction of a two storey gable ended side extension completed with tiled roof to match existing to consist of a utility and a family room at the ground floor and a bathroom and two bedrooms at the first floor, walk-in-wardrobe and W.C. at attic level. 5. Conversion of the existing attic space (including the addition of a flat roof dormer window to the rear) to consist of a home office / play area. Five proposed rear facing skylights to serve the attic conversion. 6. Proposed widening of the existing vehicular access (including modifications to the front & side boundary treatments) exiting onto Castlefield Court, Clonsilla, Dublin 15. 7: General remodel and upgrade of the existing dwelling at ground floor, first floor & roof levels to suit the proposed layouts. 8.
