Proposed development
Planning permission is being sought for a two-storey extension to the rear of Dubber House, protected structure (RPS0617) and works to the existing structure in terms of replacing existing windows with sliding sash windows, the removal of conservatory entrance hall and general improvements internally to the fabric of Dubber House. The proposal will involve the demolition of the existing 2no. storey return to Dubber House and provision of a new 2 no. storey return and 2 no. storey glazed link to the proposed rear extension. The single storey outbuildings to the rear will be partially demolished to facilitate the extension and the outbuildings to the north of the courtyard will be renovated and storage purposed associated with the main dwelling it also proposed to provide a new wastewater treatment plant and associated landscaping of the courtyard and grounds of Dubber House and all site and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.
