Proposed development
Alteration of an existing wooden boundary fence by the addition of vertical timber uprights and the fixing of dense green plastic mesh (approx. 3.6m2). The structure is located forward of the front wall of the dwelling at 8 Harrisons Cove. The alteration increases the overall height of the boundary structure to 2 metres. The development has been in place for more than one year and remains in full and uninterrupted view from my property and the public road.
