We wish to seek exemption to remove the existing pvc cladding on the front elevation and do a smooth render finish to the front and side elevation over the existing red brick. This is being done so that the front facade will be one continuous material to match the rest of. It will also match neighbours to the east of 27, 26, 25 and 24 who have already rendered over their brick
