Block 8: Revision of the previously permitted 2/3-storey terrace block containing 6 no. residential units to a revised 2/3-storey terrace block containing 9 no. residential units (comprising 7 no. 3-bedroom, 2-storey House Type A units and 2 no. 4-bedroom, 3-storey House Type A2 units). II. Associated revisions to the site layout to accommodate additional car parking spaces. III. Provision of Private amenity space, communal open space, Bicycle, bin storage, and all ancillary works, including drainage, landscaping, and boundary treatments, necessary to facilitate the development.
