The development will consist of: Retention of alterations and amendments from the previously granted planning permission Reference number REF: F25A/0099E as follows: 1: Additional steelwork and structure enabling the extension of the "box dormer" feature to intersect the gable end of the rear elevation. 2: 2 No. additional rooflight openings to east elevation. 3: 1 No Additional rooflight opening to west elevation. 4: 1 No. additional window, extension of flat roof parapet and increase in size of bathroom windows to west elevation. 5: Relocation of 1 No. window on eastern elevation. 6: Modifications to fenestration breakups and sliding door opening sizes on rear and side elevations and additional steel support post to canopy structure. Planning permission for the following: 1: Completion of extended "box dormer" feature with additional glazing and metal cladding surround, intersecting with rear elevation gable. 2: Proposed vertical natural slate cladding to remainder of rear gable. 3: Render finish to chimney feature in lieu of previously granted stone cladding finish.
