Proposed development
We, Jamben Developments Limited, intend to apply for permission for development at Woodside View, Back Road, Malahide, Co. Dublin. The development will consist of the construction of 2 no. detached, 2-storey, 4-bedroom dwellings at the rear garden of Woodside View, along with a shared parking area comprising 6 spaces serving the existing house and proposed 2 houses, landscaping, boundary treatments, and all associated drainage, infrastructural and site development works to facilitate the development including provision of a footpath along Back Road, decommissioning and removal of existing septic tank, and demolition of existing shed, with vehicular access via the existing entrance to Back Road.
