The proposed development will consist of 5 no. light industrial/warehouse units accommodated in two separate Blocks, identified as Block One and Block Two, with an overall gross floor area of c. 2,484sqm. Block One comprises 2 no. units with office and staff amenities provided at mezzanine level. Block Two encompasses 3 no. units also with office and staff amenities at mezzanine level. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via a new vehicular access off Kettles Lane while the existing access to the site from the private lane to the east will be permanently closed. It is also proposed to construct a section of footpath along the site frontage. The proposed development also provides for an on-site wastewater treatment system, including percolation area, in addition to car and bicycle parking, public lighting, landscaping and boundary treatments, and all associated site development works.
