The proposed development will also comprise 59 no. in curtilage car parking spaces for the housing units and 7 no. car parking spaces for the duplex units including 1 no. accessible parking space (66 no. parking spaces in total); bicycle parking; bin storage area; boundary treatment; landscaping works including private and communal open space; and all other ancillary site development works, including drainage and SudS.
