The aspect of the scheme to be completed is 2 no. two storey semi-detached, three-bedroom dwellings located in the north-western corner of the site (dwelling Nos. 46 and 47), these dwellings were originally approved under Reg. Refs. F15A/0456 and F15A/0456/E1. The proposed development also includes all associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
