Construction of a residential development consisting of 25 no. residential units, including: 3 no. 3-storey detached and end-of-terrace 4-bedroom dwellings (including attic level accommodation); 5 no. 2-storey terraced and semi-detached 3-bedroom dwellings; 3 no. 2-storey end-of-terrace and semi-detached 2-bedroom dwellings; Duplex 3-storey units consisting of 7 no. single storey ground floor 2-bedroom dwellings and 7 no. 2-storey over ground floor 3-bedrooms dwellings (14 no. Duplex dwellings in total). A total of 52 no. parking spaces including 6 no. visitor parking spaces are provided, plus an additional accessible parking space, together with a total of 14 no. visitor bicycle parking spaces. Provision of a new landscaped open space 890 sq.m. with play area. Provision of a new vehicular access off Old Road to the north of the site with public footpaths and shared surfaces, including 1 no. new pedestrian ramped access point to the south of site on to Whitestown Road. New drainage works to include provision of a new pump station on site. Landscaping and boundary treatments, open space, foul and surface water drainage, lighting, infrastructure works and all associated ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development. All at a site of 0.587 hectares.
