Planning permission is sought for 1) the demolition of an existing single storey porch to the front of Ivy Lodge, Strand Road, Portmarnock, Co. Dublin, to be replaced with a new traditional style front door, and 2) to widen the existing vehicular access exiting onto Strand Road, Portmarnock, Co. Dublin, and 3) the construction of a new 2 storey detached dwelling to the front/side of Ivy Lodge, including the provision of new boundary walls to create private open space to the new and existing dwellings, a modified shared front garden providing 2 dedicated parking spaces for the existing dwelling and one dedicated parking space for the new dwelling, with all associated site works and SUDs drainage.
