The new gable roof will be 450mm higher than existing roof ridge line. 2 No. proposed new flat roof dormers to the rear of the new roof. 1 No. proposed new flat roof dormer to the front of the new roof. 4 No. new Velux's to the front of the new roof for light in hallway. The new attic space to be used for office & play area. A partial ground floor extension to the existing garage and replacing existing roof with new flat roof and all ancillary works.
