The construction of an extension (c.2469 m2 GFA. Additional car parking spaces; provision of Electric Vehicle parking spaces; bicycle, motorcycle and scooter parking and shelter; relocation of security hut next to entrance. The proposal also includes the relocation of the main entrance to the property and boundary setback along the site access and all associated site development works. The application includes a Natura Impact Statement.
