The Development will consist of re-design & some alterations to previously approved planning application F21B/0228. Existing pitched roof to remain and the construction of new single storey pitched roof extension to the southern side of the existing dwelling. Demolition of existing single storey flat roof extension to the east as per previous application. Alterations to new single storey pitched roof garage & tool shed to the northern boundary. The development is to include internal alterations, landscaping and all ancillary site works and drainage as required.
