The proposed development will consist of: Alterations and extension to existing detached dwelling and existing detached garage consisting of: 1. Conversion of existing attic space to provide additional internal floor area (73.4 sq/m), incorporating two no. new (zinc clad) dormer windows and two new "Velux" rooflights to the rear elevations. 2. Replacement of existing profiled roof tiles with new flat concrete roof tiles. 3.
