Planning permission is also being sought for development which will consist of the demolition of the existing bin store serving Block B and the construction of a new bin store to serve Block B in a new location; reconfiguration of previously permitted car parking area and square adjoining Block B for carparking; and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.
