The proposed development will consist of the construction of: (1) a multi-storey (up to 5 storeys) car park of 362 no. spaces ( with valet service) and ancillary single storey staff facilities block; (2) a 3 storey block of industrial units (3 no. ). Provision of new vehicular entrance from Kettles Lane to the south and closure of existing access (from private lane) to the east of the site. Provision of on-site wastewater treatment system including septic tanks and percolation areas. All assoicated site development, services provision, landscaping and boundary treatment works.

The decision has been appealed to An Coimisiún Pleanála. The appeal outcome replaces the council decision.
