Construction of 105 no. houses (39 no. 2 bedroom houses, 36 no. 3 bedroom houses, and 30 no. 4 bedroom houses) ranging in heights from 2 no. to 3 no. storeys. Primary vehicular access via the permitted Phase 1 development (ABP Ref. 312214-21). Ancillary hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatment works; public open space; dedicated cycle link to Glenamuck Road; connections to adjoining lands/developments to the northeast; sheltered cycle parking spaces; site services (foul and surface water drainage and water supply); public lighting; and associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works. Modifications to the permitted Phase 1 development to alter pedestrian stepped access from the Enniskerry Road (R117). No works to Shaldon Grange (Protected Structure, RPS No. 1775).
