New Block C3 (1 storey over basement): 451 sq m residential amenity space. Revised Block D1 (4-7 storeys over basement): 125 no. apartments (19 no. 1 bed, 68 no. 2 bed, 38 no. 3 bed) - uplift of 75 units. Revised Block E1 (4-7 storeys): 61 no. apartments (7 no. studio, 6 no. 1 bed, 26 no. 2 bed, 22 no. 3 bed) - uplift of 47 units. Amended Block G (St. Teresa's Lodge): change of use from 1 no. 1 bed unit to café (67.4 sq m) with dismantling/deconstruction and relocation of St. Teresa's Lodge to new location 180 m southwest using original materials, with new extension (28.88 sq m). Landscape plan: public open space (approx. 11,238 sqm), communal open space (approx. 3,620 sqm), 2 no. new pedestrian connections to Rockfield Park. Car parking: 244 no. spaces (decrease of 28), bicycle spaces: 962 no. (uplift of 296), motorcycle spaces: 20 no. Bin storage, bike storage, generator room, ESB substations (combined 609 sq m). Access via Temple Hill/Temple Road with signalised junction realignment. Secondary access via Temple Hill. Minor modifications to northeastern boundary walls and Carmond access gateway. Site works include water services, drainage, attenuation, permeable paving, landscaping, green roofs, PV panels, boundary treatment, internal roads and footpaths. Natura Impact Statement (NIS) and Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) submitted.
