Access via Temple Hill/Temple Road with signalised junction realignment. Secondary access via Temple Hill. Minor modifications to northeastern boundary walls and Carmond access gateway. Site works include water services, drainage, attenuation, permeable paving, landscaping, green roofs, PV panels, boundary treatment, internal roads and footpaths. Natura Impact Statement (NIS) and Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) submitted.
