A first-floor rear extension formed in line with the existing roof pitch/profile; alterations/extensions to the existing rear roof profile to allow. An attic conversion including a new stairs to attic level new floor, new glazing openings to the end gables at attic height and rooflights within the existing roof on both sides. Alterations to existing windows and doors, including opaque glazing where indicated; internal layout alterations at ground, first-floor and attic level, connection to existing public foul drainage and surface water/SuDS drainage including soakaway; and all associated site and ancillary works.
