D25B/0426/WEB to accommodate a first floor level study, the addition of a new window on the southern elevation of the dormer and alterations to the fenestration detail on the northern elevation of the dormer extension; (ii) retention of the existing car port at ground floor level which was to be infilled under Reg. Ref. D25B/0426/WEB; (iii) alterations to ground floor level fenestration details on the southern elevation, together with the omission of a permitted door on this frontage; (iv) omission of previously permitted door on the western elevation, the omission of 3 no. previously permitted rooflights on the western slope of the main roof and the provision of 2 no. rooflights to the revised dormer extension; (v) associated internal reconfiguration at ground and first floor levels; and (vi) all associated development works necessary to facilitate the development.
