Proposed development

Planning permission is sought for addition of a single storey extension to the side and rear of their existing two-storey home. The works include the provision of a new bedroom at ground floor level, all complete with an en-suite bathroom, and the provision of a new utility room. It includes the removal of an existing timber shed, the part-replacement of existing timber fencing, the provision of two disabled wheelchair ramps, the provision of a new side access door, the addition of one new rooflight, and the formation of a new 'snug' seating area in place of the existing utility area. It includes the replacement of the old glazed utility door with a new window of equal size.

Planning status

The decision has been appealed to An Coimisiún Pleanála. The appeal outcome replaces the council decision.
