(iv) Landscape open space areas of combined 1,188sqm or 20.4% of the site area, including 876sqm for Public Open Space (including 180sqm for Attenuation Tank Area), and 332sqm for Communal Open Space + Landscape Buffer area; (v)Creation of an upgraded vehicular & pedestrian/cyclist entrance to link to the R842 Glenamuck Road; (vi)Infrastructure works to serve the proposed development to include the internal road network, public lighting, site drainage works, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatment, and all ancillary site services and development works above and below ground.
