(ii) the construction of 1 no. flat-roofed two storey three-bedroom dwelling; (iii) provision of 1 no. vehicular parking space allocated to the proposed dwelling; and (iv) the development will include all associated works including, landscaping, planting and boundary treatments, infrastructure, lighting, foul/surface drainage, site works, necessary to facilitate the development.
