Minor alterations to and an extension of the southern portion of the ground floor level of the existing PM1 (Production Module 1) building as follows: (i) removal of a section of the existing southern external façade of the building at ground floor level, including the removal of existing external doors; (ii) minor internal revisions at ground floor level including removal of limited sections of internal walls and the omission of an existing store room; (iii) minor extension to the southern portion of the ground floor level of the building by 29.3sq.m providing for a slightly enlarged entrance lobby and conference room; (iv) all necessary upgrades to the southern external façade of the building at ground floor level including the provision of a curtain wall façade, new external doors and the provision of a projecting brise-soleil structure above the external walkway; and (v) all associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development, including the reinstatement/replacement of external paving outside the building where required. This application relates to development at a facility which comprises an activity which holds an Industrial Emissions Licence (Reg. No. P0019-02) in accordance with the First Schedule of the EPA Act 1992 as amended.
