Construction of a three-storey over basement level residential apartment block comprising 32 no. units (11 no. one-bedroom, 18 no. two-bedroom & 3 no. three-bedroom) with communal roof terrace at second floor level; provision of communal amenity spaces and public open spaces at ground level; provision of 34 no. car parking spaces (7 no. at surface level and 27 no. at basement level), and 1 no. motorcycle parking space (at basement level); creation of new pedestrian entrances on Church Avenue and Killiney Hill Road; and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development inclusive of tree removal/planting, landscaping, boundary treatments, provision of pedestrian/vehicular infrastructure, provision of bicycle parking, provision of partial green roof and solar panels, SuDS drainage works and site level alterations. Each apartment will be served by private amenity space in the form of a terrace or balcony. The site is within the curtilage of Montebello House which is a Protected Structure.
